Our team of Project Management Engineering have experience to roll-up their sleeves to help drive your high-priority project to successful completion.Our team shall act as representative of the Client and exercise powers and authority as well as carry out all the duties, functions, responsibilities and obligations as a representative of Engineer in Charge. The scope of Project Management Services would span three phases, namely, Pre-Construction, Construction and Post Construction Phase

  1. Pre-construction stage
    1. Review of DPR, design/drawings, specifications, BOQ , Tender Documents, familiarity with project and site
    2. Tender Documentation / Bid Process Management
    3. Construction startup activities
  1. During Construction Stage
    1. Monitoring Resource Deployment
    2. Site supervision
    3. Contract management / Change Orders
    4. Quality Control and Quality Assurance
    5. Management of Meetings
    6. Work measurement and Certification for Payment
    7. Issuing Completion Certificates
    8. Interaction with Design Consultant,Sub Contractors etc
    9. Safety Supervision
    10. Traffic Management Plan
    11. Review of Design / Drawings / other submission by Contractors
  1. Post Construction
    1. Inspect the Works on completion before taking over by the client
    2. Finalize as-built drawings prepared by Contractor and ensure that the design Consultant approves the same.
    3. Change Orders
    4. Compile all test data and results
    5. Carry out Final Inspection of Works together with representatives of the client, Design Consultant and the Contractor
    6. Prepare Draft Final Payment Certificate
    7. Handing over / taking over of manual / other documents
